     Apple & Cashew Salad

Ingredients
2 granny smith apples - sliced and diced
1 can cashew pieces
1 bag romaine lettuce
1 8oz bag moss cheese
DRESSING - 3/4 cup sugar
DRESSING - 1/3 cup vinegar
DRESSING - 1 tsp. dry mustard
DRESSING - 1 tsp. salt
DRESSING - 1 TbLs. poppy seeds
 
DRESSING - 1cup oil
Instructions
This is a lot of dressing for 1 batch. I only put enough on to make it moist. The dressing will keep for future use.
