Boil water, add chicken bouillon to some.

Measure couscous. Add dried onions, turmeric, and cumin, stir.
minute. Add raisins. Salt to taste if necessary.

Add broth and rest of hot water, stir, and cover.
Let stand about 5minutes.
Fluff with fork.
|
|
|
Cover and let stand until broth is absorbed, about
12 min. Fluff couscous with fork. Season
generously with salt and pepper. Mound on platter.
Sprinkle with almonds.
