1 can sliced pineapple
|
| |
1/4c soy sauce
|
| |
2tbs honey
|
| |
2tbs cider vinegar
|
| |
2 cloves garlic, minced
|
| |
1tsp ginger powder
|
| |
1/4tsp cayenne pepper
|
| |
4-6oz boneless chicken breasts
|
| |
salt and pepper
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|

|

Instructions |
|
|
|
Combine juice from pineapple, vinegar, soy sauce,
honey and spices in large bowl or ziploc bag.
|
|
|
|
Add chicken and 4 pineapple slices. Marinate 30 min
or longer.
|
|
|
|
Remove chicken and pineapple and grill 20 min or
till tone.
|
|
|
|
Grill pineapple on top of chicken or on grill until
hot.
