Squeeze the juice from several oranges and zest
the rind before squeezing them. Mix the zest and
the juice with 1 cup heavy cream and 1 cup sugar.
Pour into a glass baking dish and put in the
freezer to harden for several hours. Use a small
ice cream scoop and place one scoop of the ice
cream in a champagne flute for each person. Then
fill the flutes with Faux Champagne and enjoy.
