Slow boil butter,brown sugar,and Karo syrup for
five minutes. Add baking soda,vanilla and boil for
1 minute more. Remove from heat.
Working quickly place popcorn in two 9x13 pans.
Pour the above mixture over both pans of popcorn.
Mix well. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Mix
every 10 minutes.
Store finished popcorn in Tupperware containers.
