     Hot Clam Dip

Ingredients
1 medium size onion chopped
1/4 pound of butter (1 stick)
1 minced clove garlic
1 teaspoon parsley chopped
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup Italian bread curmbs
2 cans minced clams (drained a little)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
grated cheddar or parmessan cheese for topping
 
paprika

Instructions
1. Saute 1 medium sixed chopped onion in 1/4 pound of butter. 2. Add 1 minced clove of garlic. 3. Add 1 teaspoon parsley. 4. Add 1 teaspoon oregano. 5. Cook for a few minutes. 6. Stir in 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs. 7. Add 2 cans minced clams (drained a little you don't want too much liquid but you want it to be moist) 8. Add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. 9. Put in a greased baking dish and top with grated cheddar, Parmesan cheese and paprika. 10. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir halfway through baking. Serve warm with triscuit crackers.
