Put the chicken pieces in a 13 x 9 inch pan.
Combine the remaining ingredients and pour the resulting marinade
over the chicken.
Let it marinate overnight, or for at least an hour.
Remove the chicken from the refrigerator an hour before cooking it.
Preheat the grill to medium-high.
Grill the chicken for about 10 minutes per side, turning it often so it
does not burn.
Garnish with cilantro sprigs and serve.
