Preheat oven to 375 degrees and lightly spray a 9 x13 glass pan
with nonstick spray. Lay the breasts, cut side down, in the pan and
bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes until the chicken is cooked
through. If you would like it a bit more brown, stick the pan under
the broiler for a few minutes.
