Bake bacon at 375 degrees until hard and crispy. Crumble
bacon into tiny pieces.
Cut bread into small squares.
Stir eggs, cheese, bacon, bread and onion in large bowl until
evenly distributed. Pour into baking pan and even it out. Let it
sit in fridge for 1 hour.
Bake at 375 degrees or until all egg is cooked. Let stand until
cool enough to eat.
