     Fruit Salsa & Cinnamon Chips

Ingredients
2 kiwis peeled & diced
2 Gala apples, cored & diced
8oz raspberries
1lb strawberries
2T splenda
1/2T splenda brown sugar blend
3T fruit preserves
10 (10 inch) flour toritillas
butter flavored cooking spray
 
Cinnamon Mixture-
1 cup splenda
2t ground cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, combine fruit, both splenda sweeteners, and fruit preserves. Cover & chill in refrigerator for 15 min.
Coat one side of each tortilla with cooking spray and cut into wedges. Arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with desired amount of cinnamon mixture. Spray again with cooking spray.
