Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, combine fruit,
both splenda sweeteners, and fruit preserves. Cover
& chill in refrigerator for 15 min.
Coat one side of each tortilla with cooking spray
and cut into wedges. Arrange in a single layer on a
large baking sheet. Sprinkle with desired amount of
cinnamon mixture. Spray again with cooking spray.
