Ingredients
Ground beef
worcestershire sauce
ketchup
BBQ sauce
Cumin
Oregano
Basil
Onion flakes
Croutons
 
Crackers
1 egg
garlic
dijon mustard
brown sugar
seasoned salted
Hot chili sauce
salt and pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Crush croutons and crackers. Incorporate into mixture.
Make a glaze with the chili sauce and brown sugar.
Place meat into a loaf pan. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
