     Sausage & Egg Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. pork sausage
1 (8oz) pkg. crescent roll dough
10 eggs, beaten
1 c. shredded mozzarella
2 c. shredded chedder
1 t. oregano
3/4 c. milk
 

Instructions
Brown & crumble sausage, set aside. Preheat oven to 325F. Place dough on greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 7 minutes. Mix eggs, cheese, oregano, milk. Spread sausage over baked dough. Pour egg mixture over top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a knife can be inserted in the center and come out clean.
