     Cheese biscuit

Ingredients
1 lb. sharp cheddar
2 stick oleo room temperature
1 dash salt
1 dash garlic salt
2 c. Plain flour ( fill 2 c. Glass measuring cup all the way to top)
 

Instructions
Grate cheese real fine. Put cheese and oleo in mixer with salts and mix. Add flour - IF dough seems sticky add a little more flour. Roll the size of marble and chill. Bake 425 for 15- 20 mins. Can be frozen. Take out of freezer 30-40 mins. Before baking. Do not grease baking sheet. Make in morning and cook that night.
