     Navy Bean Pie

Ingredients
2 cups of Navy Beans
1 stick butter
2 tablespoons flour
4 eggs
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups sugar
1 14 oz. can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon vanilla
 

Instructions
Pre-soak beans overnight in cold water Cook beans as directed on bag or until soft Preheat oven 350F
In blender, blend beans, butter, milk, eggs, nutmeg, and flour for about 2 minutes on medium speed.
Pour mixture into a large mixing bowl. Add sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into pie shells.
Bake about one hour or until golden brown. Makes 2 or 3 pies.
