     Lefse 2nd recipe

Ingredients
7 cups mashed/riced potatoes
2 tbsp melted shortening
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
 

Instructions
Cook the potatoes or leftover mashed potatoes. When cool add shortening and salt. Mix in and add flour.
Knead in the flour. cool. make into patties. roll thin on pastry cloth with rolling pin for lefse.
Bake on lefse griddle both sides
Serving Suggestions
with butter and sugar. or fill as desired
