     Parmesan - blue cheese toast with green onions

Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
2 large cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup finely crumbled blue cheese
28 1/3 inch thick diagonal bread slices from sour dough bagettes
3/4 cups finely chopped green onions
 

Instructions
, ground pepper, and cayenne Combine mayonnaise, garlic.pepper in a medium bowl and whisk to blend. Mix in cheeses; season with salt.
Preheat oven to 400. Brush 1 side of bread slices with oil. Place oiled side down on large rimmed baking sheet. Bake bread until almost golden, about 5 minutes. Spread cheese mixture on each slice of bread Bake until topping starts to bubble and toast is brown on the edges.
Transfer to large platter and sprinkle with chopped onion - serve warm.
