     Loaded Twice-Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
4 large baking potatoes
1/4 cup butter
1/4 - 1/3 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 slices of bacon, crisp and crumbled
 

Instructions
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2) Wash, dry, and wrap potatoes in foil (make sure to pierce potatoes several times with a fork). Cook on a cookie sheet for 2 hours or til done.
3) Allow to slightly cool.
4) Preheat oven to 400 degrees 5) Slice strip of skin, about 1 inch thick, off top of potatoes 6) In a large bowl, carefully scoop out pulp leaving potato shells intact. 7) Add butter to the pulp, mash together til butter is melted and mixed well 8) Add in milk, sour cream, cheese, salt, and pepper; combine well 9) Spoon all of the potato mixture into shells, pile them high! 10) Top off with bacon crumbles 11) Bake on cookie sheet for 15 minutes or til hot
