     Crockpot tex mex chicken

Ingredients
1 lbs boneless chicken thighs
1 1/2 c uncooked converted long grain rice
1 can chunky salsa
1 can green chilis
1 c sour cream
1 c shredded Colby Monterey cheese
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients except cheese and sour cream. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours 5 minutes before serving add sour cream and cheese, let stand 5 minutes until cheese melts.
