Ingredients
1 c. Sugar ( add a little more)
1/2 c. Oil
2 eggs
1 c. Mashed bananas ( it takes almost three ripe bananas)
2 c. Self- rising flour
1/2 c. Chopped pecans ( some use walnuts)
 
Instructions
Mix sugar, oil and eggs. Beat until light colored. Add bananas. Add flour and mix good. Add pecans.. Mix until smooth. Bake 2 greased loaf pans, 350' for 50 mins.

I make in 4 mini loaf pans.
