     Blueberry Cornmeal Scones

Ingredients
2 c flour
1/3 c cornmeal
1/3 c sugar
1T baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 package dried blueberries
1 stick butter
1 c heavy cream
1/3 c sour cream
 

Instructions
Just made such a good batch of scones, flaky and light, moist and dense and flavorful all at once. And sooo easy! Preheat oven to 425.
Mix the dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Then add all the wet ingredients, just enough to bring the dough together into a ball, then flattening out to a round. Cut into wedges and bake at 425 for about 20 minutes.
