     Pistachio Coffee Cake

1 sm. Pkg. instant pistachio pudding 1 box yellow cake mix 4 eggs ¼ c. oil 1 c. sour cream can add cherries if desired
Blend & beat for 4 minutes. Batter will be thick. Grease bundt pan. Filling- 4 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon & ½ c. chopped walnuts. Pour ½ mix in pan, sprinkle with half nut filling. Pour remaining batter and top with rest of nut filling. Bake in 350º oven for 1 hour
Smooth’n Creamy Frosting 1 small pkg. any flavor instant pudding ¼ c. confectioners sugar 1 c. cold milk 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip Combine pudding mix, sugar & milk in bowl. Beat slowly until well blended. Fold in Cool Whip.
