     Texas Sheet Cake

1 cup Crisco oil
1 cup water
4 Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
tsp salt
2 eggs
c. sour cream
1 tsp baking powder

Bring oil, water and cocoa to a boil. Remove from heat; add the dry ingredients Beat eggs in a separate bowl; add sour cream and baking soda. Mix well. Beat into the chocolate mixture. Bake in a greased 15 x 10 in jelly roll pan in a preheated 375 oven for about 20 minutes.
Texas Sheet Cake Icing 1 stick margarine 4 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa 4-6 Tbsp. Milk About 4 cups confectioners sugar 1 tsp. Vanilla 1 cup chopped nuts
Bring margarine, cocoa, and milk to a boil. Remove from heat and add the confectioners sugar; add vanilla. Spread icing on Texas Sheet Cake (adding a little more milk if necessary) while cake is warm. Sprinkle w/chopped nuts.
