Bring oil, water and cocoa to a boil. Remove from heat; add the dry ingredients
Beat eggs in a separate bowl; add sour cream and baking soda. Mix well. Beat into the chocolate mixture.
Bake in a greased 15 x 10 in jelly roll pan in a preheated 375 oven for about 20 minutes.
Bring margarine, cocoa, and milk to a boil. Remove from heat and add the confectioners sugar; add vanilla. Spread icing on Texas Sheet Cake (adding a little more milk if necessary) while cake is warm. Sprinkle w/chopped nuts.
