In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, sauté the onions in two Tbl of olive oil for approximately 3-4 minutes.
Stir in garlic and pepper flakes and cook for another 2/3 mins
put onions in a bowl and leave oil in pan
add chicken to the pan. add salt and saute for 4-5 mins (until it's cooked).
add wine to skillet and deglaze
return onions to the skillet and add tomatoes and oregano. simmer until sauce thickens (10 mins)
stir in parsley and basil. add more salt
