     T Fizz Mac n' Cheese

Ingredients
Large Size Macaroni Noodles (1 to 1 1/2 Cup)
Margrin or Stick Butter ( 3/4 in.)
2p Whole Milk 1p Milk Will Work (eyeball)
Cheese i.e. Velveeta, etc. (shred or 5 thick slices)
Hashed Browns.tater tots.oven roasted (eyeball)
Bacon (1 to 2 slices)
Truffle Oil or Virgin Oil (Few Drops)
Salt (pinch)
Pepper (pinch)
 

Instructions
First you want to start off with getting a decent sized pot and fill it with cold water. Never fill a dish with hot water and cock/rinse/prepare food with it because the water may contain irregular salt. After you fill the dish with cold water place it on a stove top with medium head. Your next step will be to preheat the oven to about 400 degrees F. Once these two steps are done you need to prepare your food for the rest of the meal. NOTE. Do NOT start cooking until are your food is out and prepared to cook because your hands might be too full with the dishes at hand to prepare other sides/entrees.
You're going to want about 1 to 1 1/2 cups of noodles (or more depending on how much you want to make). Once the water is boiling throw in the noodles and stir immediately. For a good texture of the noodles you want to be able to slowly stir it as much as possible. After the noodles have been boiling for approx. 5 minutes, take the tater tots and put them in the oven. Make sure they're on a non stick pan (cookie sheet). Your goal is to make them golden brown. Make sure you keep a constant eye on the oven.
When it comes to preparing the bacon i like to cut it up raw in to small pieces and cook it on a wak pan while it's already cut, this way it cooks faster. However we don't want crispy bacon (or maybe you do) so cook it at a medium rare type of feel. Don't forget while all this is going on you stir the noodles very often and check the oven.
The end of the recipe is pretty easy. Just like any other mac & cheese dish actually, except i throw a small twist in mine. Use a strainer for the noodles and keep a little bit of the water. It contains starch and will add to the taste. While it's in the sink leave it under the faucet under a very low flow of cool or lukewarm water. Add the butter to the pot first and coat the entire pot with it. If you use olive oil add a little right now, a cap full at the most. Next comes the milk and we don't want much because we want a thick and creamy cheese sauce and you have to eyeball the milk. Then the noodles and cheese get added right after as well as the pinch of salt and pepper. Stir on low heat until the cheese is melted. Add truffle oil and the little starch water now if you're using it. Once all is done, you mix the bacon in the macaroni and you can either mix the tater tots or simply put them on top.
Serving Suggestions
Stuffed pork or steak. Garlic bread. Fruit. Salad.
