Ingredients
Fresh or frozen mixed berries - 1 1/2 cup
milk - 3/4 cup
Low fat yogurt - 1/8 cup shopping list
orange juice - 2 tbsp, freshly squeezed
honey - 1 tbsp
Flaxseed or wheatgerm - 1 tbsp shopping list
sugar - 2 tsp (Or to taste)
 

Instructions
Add all the above ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Check for sugar, add more sugar or honey if required. Pour into glasses and serve cold.
