Melt chocolate using double boiler or microwave
|

|
let chocolate cool to slightly lukewarm, then paint the chocolate onto the balloon. place balloon on wax paper to cool
|
|
|
|
let balloons sit for 30 min or until hardened, then remove from wax paper and deflate balloon.
|
|
|
|
fix cracks with more chocolate
|
