     WW easy Mexican chicken

Ingredients
6 uncooked chicken thighs with skin and bones
1 c uncooked rice
14 oz. Swanson chicken broth
1 cup salsa
1/2 c onions
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
Onion salt
Pepper
 

Instructions
Pour rice in 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle onion salt and pepper on both sides of chicken and place over rice. In bowl, mix salsa,onion and broth and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 400 for 1 hour. Remove, sprinkle with cheese over top and bake additional 5 minutes.
