4c. Tyson Grilled&Ready Frozen Southwestern Chicken Breast Strips, thawed, cut into bite-size pieces
2, 16oz. jars of salsa
1, 10oz. package of frozen, whole kernel corn, thawed
1/2c. sour cream
2T. all-purpose flour
1c. cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 3qt. rectangular baking dish.
Place 3 cups of tortilla chips in bottom of dish.
In a large bowl combine chicken, salsa, corn, sour cream, and flour.
Spoon over tortilla chips in dish.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining 2 cups
of tortilla chips and the cheese. Bake uncovered for 5-10 minutes
more or until heated through.
For 4 servings, halve ingredients and use a 2qt. square baking dish.
Serving
Suggestions
Before serving, sprinkle with sliced green onions and black olives.
