|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
|
|
|
|
In a mixing bowl combine everything except cheese and 1/2 Cup Salsa. Shape into loaf pan.
|
|
|
|
Bake meatloaf for one hour.Remove from oven, drain off any grease.
|
|
|
|
Top loaf with salsa and sprinkle on cheese. Return to oven and bake another 10 minutes until cheese is melted. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
