In Large zip bag marinate roast in forst 5 ingredients for 24 hours.

|
In a small bowl mix together sour cream, remaining dijon, lemon juice and horseradish. Cover and refrigerate.
|
|
|
In covered roasing pan bake roast at 350 degrees for 60 - 75 minutes, to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
|
|
|
Serve roast with horseradish sauce.
