Sprinkle yeast over warm water. Stir until blended. Stir in 2 t. sugar and set aside.
Combine cottage cheese, onion, dill weed, baking powder, salt, sugar and eggs. Mix well. Add yeast mixture and mix well. Add flour to make a stiff dough. Knead until smooth and elastic.
Put in a greased bowl and let rise about 1 hour. Split dough into 2 loaf pans and let rise until even or above pan (about 1 more hour).
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May need to bake an additional 10 minutes if bread does not appear to be done.
