     Pork with Maple Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
4 Pork chops
2 Tabs Seeded Mustard
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup or Honey
1 Tabs Fresh Parsley
1 Tabs Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Dry White Wine
 

Instructions
Place pork in dish. Cover with Mustard, Syrup and Parsley. Stand for 10 Minutes. Drain Pork reserving marinade. Heat oil cook Pork. Remove from pan. Combine reserved marinade and wine in same pan. Bring to boil. Simmer until slightly thickened. Serve sauce over Pork
