     Coconut Crusted Talipia

Ingredients
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon Water
1 Pound Talipia, thawed
1 Cup Shredded Coconut
2 Cups Panko Bread Crumbs
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
 

Instructions
In bowl beat together egg and water. Add talipia and coat well.
In another bowl combine coconut, panko, salt and pepper.
Remove fillets from egg and coat both sides with coconut mixture.
Spray skillet with non stick spray, heat to medium. Cook fillets about 8-10 minutes on each side until browned.
