4 Ahi Fillets-thawed

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
|

4 Garlic Cloves - minced
|

1 Tablespoon Water
|

2 Tablespoons Honey
|

3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
|

Instructions |
|
|
Place tuna in a large zip bag, add soy sauce and garlic. Marinate 2 hours.
|

|
In a small bowl combine honey, water, brown sugar and olive oil.
|
|
|
Remove tuna from marinade. Spray grill pan with non stick spray heated to medium-high. Brush honey mixture onto tuna and grill 5 minutes on each side.
