Trim any visible fat from pork loin. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder over pork loin. Transfer pork loin into slow cooker set on low heat. In small bowl, mix green chilies, salsa and water. Stir until just combined. Pour the mixture onto the pork. Cook for about 8 hours or until the pork becomes tender. To keep the meat from drying out, add about 1/4 cup of water and cook for 1 more hour. Let meat sit for about 20 minutes to absorb flavor. Try serving on Revolution Roll.
