2. In a small bowl, mix bananas with the lemon juice.....
In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.....
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.....
Beat in eggs, one at a time then add in vanilla
3. Add the flour mixture alternately with the buttermilk.....
Stir in banana mixture
4. Bake in oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes
