1. Combine broth and lemon juice.....
Melt butter with oil in a skillet over low heat
2. Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper, place flour in a dish, dredge
fillets in flour.....
Increase heat to medium-high, heat two minutes ass fillets to pan
and saute 3 minutes on each side
3. Add broth mixture and scrape the brown bits.....
Bring to a boil, cook about 3 minutes, remove from heat.....
Stir in butter with a whisk, serve over fillets
