1 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

3/4 cup butter

1 3/4 cup rolled quick oats

1 egg

1 cup mashed bananas (about 3)

1 teaspoon salt
|
| |
1 package semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions |

|
|
Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Cut in butter.
|
|
|
|
Add eggs, bananas, oats, and chips. Drop onto ungreased
sheet.
|
|
|
|
Bake at 400 degrees F.
|
|
|
|
DO NOT over- bake as oatmeal continues to cook after taken
out of the oven. Bake until light brown.
