2 eggs or egg replacer equivalent to 2 eggs, if egg free
2 Tbs of oil ( use olive oil or canola if soy free)
1 lb cheese of choice (mozzarella, cheddar, monteray jack),
1 lb of meat of choice (GF sausage, pepperoni or bacon)
1/4 cup of water or milk
Instructions
Preparation preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare mix using directions on package. Roll out dough into rectangle and divide horizontally into two. Spread half of remaining cheese and meat evenly on each half, and roll dough up. Cut into 1-1/2 inch sections. Lay pinwheels flat on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, and enjoy!
