     Moist, Sweet Cornbread

Ingredients
1 cup cornmeal
3 cups self-rising flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup melted butter
2 Tbsp honey
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1 cup milk
 

Instructions
Combine cornmeal, flour, and sugar in a large bowl. Set aside. In a separate bowl, combine oil, butter, honey, eggs, buttermilk, and milk. Using an electric mixer, combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Pour batter into a greased, 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes.

Wonderful with chili or beans
