     Lemony arugula with warm shrimp and beans

Ingredients
4 cups of baby arugula
1/2 cup lemon dressing
2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
3/4 pounds of frozen shrimp
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2, 15 ounce can beans, dried and rinsed
1 diced bell pepper
1/2 cup of celery
1/4 cup of chopped parsely
 

Instructions
Toss arugula with 2 tablespoons of lemon dressing. heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high; add shrimp and sprinkle black peppers. stir occasionally, cook until shrimp is pink (2-3mins)
stir in beans, bell pepper, celery and remaining lemon dressing (1-2mins) stir in parsely
serve over arugula
