1 quart apple cider vinegar
1 yellow onion julienned
4 jalapenos julienned
2 tbs honey
1 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs tomato paste
4 tsp salt
4 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp black pepper
 
Instructions
For maximum flavor make this 1 to 2 days before use.
Brush sauce on before putting in oven and then at least once an hour.
