     Kimchi Sauce

Ingredients
1 c korean chili flakes
1/2 c water
4 tblsp garlic paste
2 tspn minced ginger
1 tblsp fine sea salt
2 tblsp agave syrup
 

Instructions
place all ingredients in mixing bowl. using rubber spatula mix into smooth paste. transfer paste to glass jar will keep in fridge 2 months if jar is air tight.
garlic paste-process still smooth. can be kept in closed jar up to 2-3 mnths in fridge. 6 mnths freezer.
