Ingredients
2 1/2 cups flour plus extra for kneeding
1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter softened
butter n onions for sauteing
indregients for filling (potatoes and cheese)
 

Instructions
for the dough - mix together the flour and salt.... beat the egg in separate cup then pout in with the flour mix. add 1/2 cup sour cream and softened butter cut into pieces and work until dough loses most of its stikiness about 5-7 min.. once dough is done wrap in plastic and put in fridge for at least 20 min (2 says at most)
once dpugh is ready on a floured surface roll dough till about 1/8 in thick using a cookie cutter or glass cut round circles into the dough.. once u have a bunch of them cut out roll them individually once or twice till a little flatter place filling in middle fold over and pinch edges together
once that is done boil for 8-10 min or until they float then sauté on each side till golden brown freeze any extra
