     Chocolate Molten Lava Cake

6 oz semi-sweet chocolate
6 oz butter (diced, room temp)
3 eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup flour
Butter for muffin tin

Preheat oven to 350 F. Melt chocolate on low flame in double boiler or in microwave, and stir in diced butter until it melts.
In another bowl, beaat eggs and sugar, until it starts to whiten. Stir in melted chocolate then flour.
Butter 4 individual cups, then pour in batter.
Cook for 10-15 minutes. Tip cups upside down onto plates and serve.
