     Lemon Curd Crepes

1 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. filling
Powdered sugar for dusting

Whisk together flour and eggs, Gradually add in milk and water, stirring to combine.
Add the salt, butter and beat till smooth.
1/4 cup of batter into skillet, tilt to combine.
Cook crepes for 2 minutes, fill, fold in half, and then again.
