3/4 cup- 1 cup milk
|

1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
|

1 tsp.-1 Tbsp. vanilla
|

1-2 tsp. brown sugar

1.5 Tbsp. butter, melted
|
| |
1/4 tsp. salt
|
| |
Honey to top
|

Instructions |

|
|
Cube sweet potatoes. Steam in microwave. Mash in a bowl.
|
|

|
Add milk till fluffy. Add vanilla and salt.
|
|
|
|
Put in oven safe bowl, top with sugar, bake/broil till golden (8-10
minutes).
|
|
|
|
Top with melted butter, walnuts and honey.
|
