     Crock-Pot Sausage and Peppers

Ingredients
12 Italian Sausage (or 2 smoked sausage)
2-3 Green Bell Peppers
1-2 Red Bell Peppers
1 Large Red Onion
4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
2 Cans Italian Diced Tomatoes
2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
 

Instructions
Chop Vegetables into whatever size you prefer. Make ahead- Place all ingredients in two 1-gallon ziplock bags.
