Start by chopping up the Cucumbers and Tomatoes
into squares and place them into your salad bowl
or tosser.
Chop up the Parsley into small bits, and mix into
the bowl/tosser as well.
Mince or crush up the garlic into small bits and
add in.

Juice or squeeze in the lemon. Add Oil to the bowl.

|
(If you are adding the feta cheese, mince up into
crumbs and apply them now, along with the mint)
|
|
|
Mix well and test flavor, add 1/2 teaspoon pepper
and desired amount of salt to get desired taste.
Mix well, and Serve.

If not serving right away, wait to add oil until right before serving. (So salad doesn't get too soggy)
