Mix flour, baking powder, and butter together in a bowl. Cut butter into flour with 2 knives until not visible. Mix cheese and egg whites together in a separate bowl. Mix milk, sugar, and egg yolks together in a third bowl. Pour milk and egg mixture into flour mixture and mix with a big spoon. Roll out dough on a floured surface and shape into 3 rectangles approximately 10-inch by 6-inch each. Spoon the cheese and egg mixture down the center of each rolled-out rectangle. Fold about a third of each side over the top of the center, overlapping & covering the cheese in the center. Then pinch and fold up the ends about 1-inch.
Place in a baking pan, and then glaze with 1/3 cup of milk and 1T. sugar mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
